Order Processing Time
We are able to process orders every day. Once the order has been received, we will contact our delivery partner for pick up as an overnight courier from Monday to Friday. And dispatch your orders within 1-2 working days of receiving them. Orders will be delivered between Monday to Saturday depending on location. (We are based in Auckland). We use overnight courier.
Items will be delivered within a 30-day delivery window.
Rural may take 1+ days longer.
The orders will be delivered during working hours between Monday to Friday only. So if you like to receive your order at your workplace, please provide your work address.
Please advise clear instructions of the address’s location. For example: “The last house at the end of the driveway”.
Delivery Fee, Location, and Time (New Zealand only)
NZ Country-wide – FREE SHIPPING on orders of $80+
$8 Delivery Flat Rate on orders less than $80
Inaccessibility or Incorrect Address or Re-directing your order
We can sometimes experience difficulties in delivering to apartments or gated areas, courier will leave a card and you may pick up at the post office.
If it is too difficult to deliver at the home address then consider sending the delivery to a work address.
Sabatino Tartufi NZ (Gemman International Ltd) is not liable for any delay/loss/ damage/theft of your online order if the address that you provide is not safe for leaving the parcel without personally handing over or is inaccessible or incorrect.
Re-direction charges will apply if the order has to return to that address again to re-deliver the order.
If these requirements are not satisfied, Sabatino Tartufi NZ reserves the right not to offer an exchange for the item purchased.
Change and Cancellation, Refund.
We are happy to look into changes or cancellations on a case-by-case basis. Please send us a text on 027-2746660 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with your details to change or cancel your order. We are unable to change or cancel orders that have been processed and dispatched or delivery is in transit. The damaged product will be fully refunded.
Sales or Clearance Items
Clearance items maybe close to Best Before Date. Items cannot be refunded or cannot be exchanged.
