INGREDIENTS

56g reposado tequila
28g fresh grapefruit juice
14g fresh lime juice
21g Sabatino Truffle syrup (1:1)
28g sparkling water

DIRECTIONS

  • Build all ingredients in tin, add ice & shake. 
  • Strain over fresh ice in garnished glass. 

GARNISH: Sabatino Truffle Sea Salt half rim & fresh parsley sprig.   

GLASSWARE: high ball.

*Honey syrup: For every one cup of Sabatino Truffle Syrup, add one cup of water to a small saucepan over medium heat. You can experiment and decide how much of a truffle flavor you want in your syrup. The more syrup you use, the thicker the syrup and stronger in flavor it will be. Stir until blended. Strain into a jar and seal tightly with a lid. Will keep for 1 month in the refrigerator.
